PEACE Program

PEACE stands for Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling, and Empowerment and is a psycho-educational program aimed at children and youth aged 3-18 who may have experienced family conflict, change, or abuse. KWS is proud to be one of the few shelters in the province able to offer the PEACE program on-site as opposed to separately from our shelter service location. PEACE is available to both shelter residents and the public.
