Visit the Kelowna Women’s Shelter Thrift Store! We carry a wonderful, and ever-changing, selection of clothes and household items. Profits go back into the Shelter and support our many services and programs.

Is there a children’s section?
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, there is not at this time. We are hoping to expand the size of the store in the future at which time we would love to bring back the children’s department.
Are there change rooms?
No, we no longer have change rooms available. After some safety issues arose, we made the decision to permanently close them.
What are the days/times for donation drop-offs?
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 10:00AM - 2:00PM. We have a limit to how many boxes/bags we can accept at one time so if you’re unsure if you have too much or the right items, please call us first @(250) 762-8561
What is your exchange/return policy?
We do not accept exchanges or returns. We keep our prices very low to minimize the effect on customers should an item not work out.
What items DON’T you accept?
Furniture or very large items, out-of-season items, and children’s items.
What items DO you accept?
- Clean, sellable, and in season men’s and women’s clothing
- Housewares in good, clean condition
- Small working, clean appliances
- Jewellery, purses, belts, hats, etc.
- Household decor items
- Footwear - in sellable condition
